   We were on vacation for Spring Break from Minnesota and stopped in at Eddie V’s after walking to see the seals and sea lions. When we lived in San Antonio my husband and I would go to an Eddie V’s for date nights all the time. We loved it but there aren’t any in Minnesota so we were so excited to dine here, especially because we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. We had Stephanie Dooley as our server, who, coincidentally used to be in San Antonio as well! Small world. Service was top notch, ambiance was beautiful and food was perfectly cooked. Perfection!

   We had great food. The Calamari was the best I’ve ever had. Our waiter was fantastic and all of the other wait staff (bus boy, table runners, etc were great too) Great view for a beautiful night. Just a great dining experience!

   Everything was amazing: food, service, view and ambiance. I had the 10 oz filet minion with scallop enhancement and hubby had the ribeye. We also ordered asparagus and roasted carrots; and everything was delicious! Drinks were also tasty — 24k Gold and Pomegranate Mule. Highly recommend ALL OF IT!! We were celebrating our anniversary and they had decorated our table with a hand-written card and rose petals. Very sweet touch! Will definitely return for future date nights or special occasions.

   My wife and I had a great dinner at Eddie V's. My wife had the ahi tuna, and I had the sea bass. Both were wonderfully prepared and very tasty. Their cocktail and wine list are extensive with lots of options to please anyone's tastes, in my opinion. The service from our waiter, Conner, was exceptional. We both highly recommend this restaurant if you are in La Jolla!

    Celebrating our Anniversary.. Table had Rose Petals and a note. Champagne. Food and Service was THE BEST as Always! Eddie V’s is ALWAYS our go to Restaurant!
