   Excellent birthday experience at one of our Park City favorites. Started off with steak sashimi and octopus appetizers. The main courses were Wagyu Tomahawk steak, elk, lamb chops, filet mignon and lobster. All entrees were perfectly cooked and presented beautifully. We saved room for chocolate soufflé. Don’t miss the Brussels sprouts and truffles mac & cheese. Thank you Hutch and team for the amazing service!

   Steaks and lamb chops were ordered all medium rare with sides and appetizers. Lamb chops were raw not medium rare. Brussel sprouts were amazing, pomme frites were delicious, truffle mac and cheese was good and spinach was disappointing. Lobster bisque was delicious and beet salad while presentation was lovely, it was a stretch to call it a salad. Cocktails were good.

   Sea bass and ragu beef excellent. Broccoli and asparagus was also superb. Don’t miss the chocolate lava cake for dessert. It is to die for!

   We had cold steaks served! Prices were extremely high for the service and how food was inappropriately served! Cold steak, and medium rare stake was cold and completely raw, I think our server knew since he didn’t even check on us! Don’t recommend this place! Sorry and I usually don’t leave negative reviews!

   Our waiter Hutch was amazing! He had a great time with us and was great with the kids. My steak was one of the best Ive ever had! We will definitely be back soon.

    We come once a year. It’s a must if you are in Park City. Wonderful Service! The food is amazing! We love James he is our favorite. Ask for James if you want the best recommendations! Thank to all staff and James! We will be coming here next year!!!! Thank you !!!!
