Our first dining experience (brunch) in Las Vegas. Possibly the best meal we’ve had all year. It has set a high bar for the rest of our stay.

I enjoyed the experience tremendously. I started out with some caviar and a dirty martini. After that I enjoyed the tuna sashimi salad and definitely liked the rack of lamb, though I felt that maybe they should have served it with a bit of gravy or bordelaise sauce. The au gratin potatoes were excellent. I broke down and had a sorbet. On the house, they provided small bits at the beginning and end of the meal. The view was worth it. This was the only real dinner I treated myself to in Vegas, even though I was staying across the street at the Bellagio.

Always a delightful experience. We were seated at a window table overlooking the waters of the Bellagio. Food was exceptional. Braised Short rib for me and Roasted chicken in an amazing sauce for daughter. Of course, can never leave this restaurant without having the famous soufflés!

2nd time at Eiffel Tower for dinner & once again, it was superb. Can't wait to go back. It's become a main stay whenever we're in Vegas now. Trevor, Aaron & their support staff were fun, knowledgeable & extremely attentive - but not intrusive. A very difficult style to get right! From the lovely lady at the reservations desk at the bottom of the tower, to the gracious hosts, to the beautiful food & excellent wine list, down to the gorgeous, well-stocked & spotless bathrooms., I can't recommend enough. It's old-world glamour. Treat yo'self.

Adding on the red rose bouquet, you will be disappointed. No design or thought in it. Save $79!!! The service was great. Very courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. Drinks were excellent had 3 different Martinis. Overall I would rate it a 6 1/2 .. maybe 7 on a scale of 1-10

Easy to locate once you enter the hotel, the ambiance was romantic and relaxed. We were celebrating my wife's 40th birthday party. We asked to see the sommelier, and he helped pair a perfect champagne to go with our food. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious, I had the beef wellington, and it was juicy and had that nice crispy, flakey breaded exterior. Cooked to perfection and full of robust flavor. My wife had the Black COD. It was flavourful, not dried out, and perfect portion size. Definitely recommend for a special night, the price of the menu accommodated multiple budgets.
