   Exceptional service and food was delicious. We had the cod and salmon with soufflé for dessert and it was all perfectly prepared.

   First of all, the view was STELLAR! We paid extra for the window seats and watched the fountains of Bellagio all evening. The ambience was very upscale in flavor and with good reason. Food was delicious and perfectly cooked. I had the beef Wellington-- I hesitated at first because I wanted a very "Frenchie" experience and, well, Wellington IS an English name. I was wrong-- it was one of their signature dishes, of course. Perfectly cooked beef with a deliciously French sauce. I paired it with the potato augratin-- excellent pairing. The wine list was extensive-- it would have been nice to have had a little more input from the som here, but I chose a decently priced, full bodied, "taste like a cab" Pinot noir from a Napa winery (more the Carneros region) called Etude. 2019 bottle with grapes from the Santa Ynez Valley (aka Foxen Canyon) near Santa Maria/Los Olivos area. It went perfectly with the beef, my wife had the Black Sea Bass "in paper" that was cooked perfectly, our friends had Salmon and Branzino. We forgot to leave room for the Souffle but managed to scarf that deliciousness down anyway. Then they gave some home made candies and chocolates-- we we not expecting that, that threw my stomach into full expansion mode. Tab was pricey- $770 for all 4 of us with 2 bottles of lower costing wines. The table by the windows cost me an extra $220. The experience was exceptional and Ryan, our waiter, was young, eager and very attentive. The only thing I would say about him is that he didn't introduce himself at the start and it would have been nice to have a name tag on him somewhere. I really do not want to portray myself as an "ugly American" and address the wait staff by "Hey, You!" The only negative food comment would be on the bean dish, which didn't list cheese as an ingredient (the fragoulet-- I know I butchered the spelling). For my wife, who does not like cheese, that was off-putting. The quality of her sea bass more than made up for this!

   We chose the Eiffel Tower restaurant to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday, and we weren't disappointed. When I booked the reservation, I let the restaurant know what we were celebrating. When we checked in, our daughter was immediately greeted with a "happy birthday" by the maître d'. Several other staff members, including our waiter, wished her happy birthday, too. They really went out of their way to make our daughter feel special. Thank you! Our waiter Mike was outstanding. He was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere of the restaurant is outstanding. Inside, it's luxurious without feeling pretentious. And, the views are outstanding! The food was on point. I had the Wellington, our daughter had the queen filet, and my husband had the Rossini filet. All entrees were cooked correctly and were delicious. I"m so happy we selected this restaurant for our special occasion. It truly was memorable. I would definitely come again!

   From arriving at the restaurant the service was excellent, staff very friendly and attentive, the short rib was amazing and I highly recommend the pistachio soufflé, highly recommend this restaurant, we pains for a guaranteed window seat and we were not disappointed, the views of the strip and the fountains were amazing

   John and Raul took great care us and did not rush us. We enjoyed our view of the fountains and the beef Wellington, salmon and scallop potatoes. We look forward to returning in May.

    Great food and even better service. Had an awesome view of the Bellagio fountains. Only negative was the dirty windows. Wouldn’t expect that after paying an extra $40 a person for the window seats.
