   Sadly, this Elways location has nothing upscale about it. I asked for a nice table that might be more secluded for a special evening. It seems that they have nothing but pedestrian dining for a $$$ price.

   Worst cut’s of meat I’ve ever had at a Steakhouse, especially one of that caliber. The waiter did a great job of taking care of us and making it right, but the steaks were almost unedible.

   Service was wonderful, we never had to ask for a thing. The cocktails were amazing, the Elway's G&T, signature old fashion, and martini were perfection. The ribeye was cooked perfectly, literally never had a steak cooked this well. Brussels sprouts and potatoes were very good as well. Pasta primavera was overpowered by cheese unfortunately, couldn't taste any other flavors. Very much tasted like Mac and cheese with chicken. Overall a great experience, grateful to have a wonderful restaurant in the hotel.

   Everything great. Upscale steak house. Only negative: avoid tables with direct lighting overhead. Like an interrogation.

   Very disappointed the steak was overcooked Baked potato was dry and when brought it to the server attention no remedy was offered.

    Dentro de los steak houses, hay varios mejor, cuyo costo beneficio supera a ELWAY’S. El servicio excelente, sin embargo los términos de la carne fallaron, sin embargo los cambiaron sin problema.
