   Emeril’s in Las Vegas takes its menu and dining experience to new levels. The food was all amazing, from the broiled oysters and crab cakes to the miso encrusted sea bass and seafood pasta. The service was friendly and professional - our waiter had just the right touch where he was friendly and had all excellent recommendations while not being overbearing. It was a fantastic way to start the new year in 2025.

   The food was outstanding but my service was even better. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The food was well prepared and cooked perfectly. We had the smoked pork chop, Mac and cheese, asparagus, boiled oysters, and the king Salmon. Everything was seasoned properly. Highly recommended.

   It was amazing experience, definitely return and recommend. Loved seafood and desserts. Our server Rob D was very polite and going above and beyond to make sure we enjoy the dinner. Thanks to all Emeril’s team.

   The last few times I’ve been coming to Vegas. I’ve been eating at Emerald steakhouse for about two years now the service is great. The quality of food is awesome. Everyone knows how to pair the wine with the food which each meal they serve has great customer service as well. Highly recommend.
