   We don’t ever go to Las Vegas without at least one meal at Emeril’s. If you like Cajun or Seafood do yourself a favor and book a reservation. Chilean Sea Bass with Oscar Sauce is hard to pass up but, seriously everything is very good. I’m sorry but don’t pass up dessert especially the pecan pie.

   Our waiter Darren- outstanding! The manager seemed annoyed when we had to send three plates back because the steaks were undercooked to the request of the patron. You don’t have to agree with the cook, you just have to fulfill the order and it was quite difficult. Our first round of drinks took over 30 minutes to come, the tray had been spilled, and while we understood that, the wait was excessively long. I’ve eaten at a few other Emerald restaurants, this was the most disappointing.  You don’t have to agree with the cook, you just have to fulfill the order and it was quite difficult.

   The food here wasn’t good. Not enough options. I really enjoyed Delmonico other trips to Vegas and wanted to try this Emeril offering. Being a Cajun who loves seafood, seemed like a sure bet. Skip this one.

   Went here for lunch- ordered the Shrimp and grits and the beer battered fish( Chilean sea bass )and chips. It was amazing! Great flavor and portion size was more than sufficient. Dessert chocolate bread pudding was delish! Highly recommended!

   Came back to celebrate our anniversary again this year. The service provided by Gil was outstanding. The food was first rate. We would definitely go back for our next anniversary dinner.
