   Went for an early dinner while I was in the area wedding dress shopping and it was fantastic! The service was amazing and the food and cocktails were so so good. Highly recommend! The margherita pizza with mushrooms was fantastic and so was the honey ricotta spread and the cacio e Pepe.

   A Nightmare Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I chose Emporio Restaurant for dinner on May 12, 2025, expecting a pleasant evening with my friend visiting from Europe. Instead, it turned into an absolute disaster. During our meal, my friend’s Ted Baker coat was stolen—right inside the restaurant. When we informed the manager, we were met with nothing but rudeness and complete indifference. Not only did they fail to offer an apology, but they also made no effort to address the situation. The very least they could have done was to cover our bill or arrange for a taxi, given that my friend had to return to her hotel on a freezing New York night without her coat. To make matters worse, when we asked for the contact information of the general manager, the manager outright refused to provide it. Instead, they nonchalantly admitted that coats are stolen at this restaurant all the time and made it clear they take no responsibility whatsoever. The fact that this is a known issue and they still do nothing about it is absolutely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and basic human decency from the management was appalling. No accountability, no empathy, and certainly no attempt to rectify the situation. This establishment does not deserve anyone’s business. If you value your belongings—and basic respect—do yourself a favor and dine elsewhere.

   We understand losing a personal item is frustrating, but our coat rack is clearly marked as unattended, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. A similar jacket was left behind, suggesting another guest took yours by mistake. The police advised waiting to see if it was returned. However, we cannot condone the accusations, insults, and racist remarks directed at our manager. Our team deserves respect, and we will not tolerate discrimination of any kind. We hope your jacket is returned soon and encourage all guests to double-check their belongings. If you’d like to discuss this respectfully, we’re open to conversation.

   My family of four very much enjoyed our dinner at Emporio. Service was excellent- they noticed my kids brought me gifts and brought over dessert with a candle. Nice touch. Food was quite tasty. It was loud, but we were in a festive mood so no issue for us. We’d return and recommend.

   We were looking for excellent Italian food at a restaurant with a vibe...Emporio met both requirements! We would love to return one day!

   Amazing food and services! Was a team dinner event with varied pallets to cater to and the Italian joint was the best for it! Thank you for everything!

   Service was very bad. After making a reservation, we were seated at a makeshift table near the door and told we would need to leave in 90 minutes because they had another table coming in. They hurried us at every opportunity and came by to clear our plates every 3 minutes. I have come here 4 times and will not be returning after that.

    Consistently one of my favourite restaurants for the last 15 years. Food is incredible, service has always been excellent and I love the ambience. 10/10 no notes.
