Epulo Bistro serves seasonal Northwest cuisine with a Mediterranean flare and creative seasonal cocktails in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Located in downtown Edmonds, we are just steps away from The Cascade Art Museum, Scratch Distillery and the Kingston Ferry. Epulo is a family owned, upscale bistro that prides itself on combining both modern-creative and traditional cooking practices, and to serve delicious and remarkable food, cocktails and wine. Our server Janelle was a delight. My group loves a extended dining experience and she didn’t rush us and was there when we were ready. Tory, the owner, was present and friendly. Food and environment was wonderful. The service will keep me coming back!

Welcoming atmosphere with a delightful array of food options. Food was prepared superbly and the portions were great. Service was attentive and timely. Piano music added a nice flair. Will definitely go again.

Have always loved this place, but tonight they sat us in an auxiliary dining room that was loud. We go for the ambience as well as the food and this was not what we expected. The service was very slow as well. We’ll come back and hopefully the experience will be what we have come to expect from this establishment!

We loved the outstanding appetizers of cauliflower, bursts and flatbread with tapenade. All were happy with their entrees( sea bass, petite filet, chicken breast and pastas’. Our server was exceptional!

We always enjoy a nice time at Epulo. We have always enjoyed visiting with Debra every time we go, she is wonderful as are everyone else. The food is always top notch, for NYE they had a piano set up, it was nice. Thanks so much to the Epulo team, this place is great!

We enjoyed an early New Year’s Eve celebration at Epulo. Our server, Sara, was wonderful. Very professional and engaging. Our meals were delicious. My scallops were perfect. I enjoyed a specialty cocktail and champagne sorbet. A celebratory evening!
