Epulo Bistro serves seasonal Northwest cuisine with a Mediterranean flare and creative seasonal cocktails in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Located in downtown Edmonds, we are just steps away from The Cascade Art Museum, Scratch Distillery and the Kingston Ferry. Epulo is a family owned, upscale bistro that prides itself on combining both modern-creative and traditional cooking practices, and to serve delicious and remarkable food, cocktails and wine.                                     Epulo is a long standing, 2011, absolute favorite of mine! The food and amazing cocktails are all simply- exceptional! The warm, friendly, professiinal service is just the frosting on the cake. Speaking of cake, the deserts are divine!! It's the perfect, creative space and atmosphere as well, for any occasion! You will never be disappointed!!

                                    My husband and I agree the menu at Epulo is terrific: always creative and tasty! On a cold, blustery night we were delighted to score one of the cozy booths. The husband’s rather picky about cocktails, and he gave his martini an A+. We shared the antipasto salad, I had the fig & bleu pizza and he had the duck confit. All were delicious and beautifully presented, and nicely complemented by the house Cabernet. We asked our attentive and cheerful server for a dessert recommendation and she did not disappoint - we shared the excellent bread pudding. Thanks, Epulo, for a lovely dining experience!

                                    Our dinner was fantastic from beginning to end! Had the filet and it was perfect! Celebrated our anniversary and our server was just delightful! Ended the meal with an amazing chocolate torte! Probably the best meal we’ve had out in quite awhile! Wish I could remember our server’s name because she was wonderful!!!

                                    Epulo continues to be one of our favorite restaurants. The food is creative and excellent and the service is always superb. The Grapefruit Martini is a stand-out in a great list of cocktails.
