6-Course Chef's Tasting Menu with Wine Pairing on the top of a mountain? Yes, please! Fantastic experience. Each dish was perfectly paired with a wine to accentuate both food and wine. Couldn't pick a favorite because each dish stood out on its own as a great dish. Staff was wonderful. Attentive but not hovering. Great atmosphere and the location couldn't be beat.

Food this year is outstanding to support the new format. Make sure you plan enough time. Allow at least 90 mins for the 4 courses. Hopefully they will introduce a two or three course menu option as the season progresses. Very good with dietary restrictions also (esp Vegan) provided they know in advance.

Disappointed with the format/menu change this season. We have enjoyed Everett’s for special occasions across the ski season, however with the new prix fixe menu the cost of admission is now a minimum of $155 *per person*! There is no lunch menu option. While the burger is still available with the four course format, favorites like truffle fries, grilled cheese, etc. are completely gone. We were caught by surprise by the menu, but since today was a special occasion we saw it through. I think a lot of folks were also surprised as there were only two other parties dining, and we watched far more people enter the restaurant, speak with the host(s), and leave. Additionally, if you plan on skiing after lunch I would pass - the four course experience took us a little over two hours to get through. The service was wonderful and the views were top tier, but seeing this change makes it feel like Everett’s is completely out of touch with the people who patronized the restaurant. The cynical part of me thinks this is an intentional change to exclude actual snow sports enthusiasts and focus only on wealthy sightseers - which, maybe that shouldn’t surprise me anymore. Regardless of the driver of change, it’s a bummer. I have a hard time believing this new format will catch on. I can see maybe offering it for dinner only, but very few skiers and snowboarders are going to want to drop about $200 and two hours for lunch. Maybe that’s the point. I would highly suggest Everett’s bring back some kind of separate lunch menu, and save the prix fixe for the evening crowd. But hey, what do I know - I’m just a local skier who used to enjoy a $30 grilled cheese and tomato soup every so often.

Very disappointing- Everett’s used to be one of our favorite Big Sky mountain meals. They have changed their format so the only option is a minimum 4 course tasting meal starting at $155 per person. We are in Montana instead of Aspen specifically to avoid places like this. Please bring back your old format. We really loved it.

Food was great. Service very mediocre for being a quiet spring day.

It’s a beautiful place to stop and have lunch. You pay for the view and ambiance but the food is good too.

Love Everetts 8800. Great lunch spot, great drinks, comfortable, and festive place to meet up with your ski-mates.

Go for the view not the food. View is beautiful. Food is very expensive and not very tasty.
