The ambience is fabulous. But honestly that was the only thing that was good. The food choices were very limited with a prix fixe menu that is awful for kids. We had no idea they had changed their menu to this. Spent over $2000 for 11 of us and that was with only 2 alcoholic beverages. The servers were nice and tried to be attentive but not sure if it was with the kitchen or the serving staff but they forgot our drinks and one of our courses for a very long time. This saddens me because we have had such wonderful experiences here in the past. Will not be back unless the menu changes significantly.

The quality of the food was underwhelming for the price and not consistent with the norms of a fine dining experience. The bison tenderloin in particular was cooked to leather quality, completely inedible.

Not the best food for the high price. If you like duck eggs , raw food and mashed liver then this is the place for you. My kids called it weird food. Perhaps a date night and not a family dinner would have been more appropriate. Not very impressed.

We had 4 tables booked for our family of 19, ranging from age 2 to 68. 11 were children and teens. The service and food were excellent. I do believe not having a children's menu is a mistake, as families plan this dinner outing to include the Enchanted Forest. They were very kind and made allowances for sharing, but a children's menu would work better. I thank everyone there for taking good care of our family.

They've unfortunately changed the menu. Very disappointing. Very expensive and very long for a ski lunch.

Our waitress Meg was simply wonderful. She was able to explain the new prix fix menu and was quite knowledgeable on the various cooking techniques used for the dishes. We enjoyed our food tremendously although we are sad the French onion soup is no longer on the menu.

Such a disappointing experience in so many ways. First, we didn't realize it was a price fix menu only. Makes very little sense in our view for a family oriented ski resort where many people are dining with young children, like we were. To have no options for children under a certain age and have to pay $155 per person is crazy in our view. Second, when we got to the restaurant we had about 20 minutes before our reservation so decided to go to the bar for a drink. It took so long to get his attention (and the bar wasn't even crowded) that by the time the bartender was prepared to take our order, it had already taken the full 20 minutes so we just sat down instead. Third, every course, from soup to the main course, we had issues. Ice cold soup. Ice cold to barely room temperature appetizers and main courses. Very small main course portions. Etc. Ridiculously expensive for what you get. When we spoke with the manager about our issues throughout the meal, she seemed more bothered that we were complaining versus the issues with her kitchen. When the meals were taken away to be heated, they came back lukewarm at best. We went to Everett's last year for lunch one day while skiing. It was such a nice experience. We all got burgers and soups and salads and a cocktail. Perfect for a long fun day on the mountain. That option no longer exists with the pre-fix requirement, which is such a shame.

We came with a large group for dinner one night and were really looking forward to our evening. $155/per person is a steep price but we were willing to splurge. Two people in our party ordered soup for their first course and it came out cold. When asked if this was the chef’s intention, the server was apologetic and immediately brought out two new bowls of soup. While the bowls were hot, the soup was still tepid at best. Second course, we ordered the gnudi which came out also at room temperature. We did ask to speak to the manager to let her know what was going on. Our third course, someone ordered fish and shock of all shocks it came out ice cold in the middle. Honestly, this was so disappointing. The space is beautiful so come get a drink, but it is definitely not worth going here for a meal unless they bring back an a la carte menu.

This dining experience was one of the most amazing we’ve had with our adult children. We were so glad to open their palates to some cuisine they have never experienced before.
