EVO, short for evolution, represents a dream inspired by my mother to bring the familiar feeling of family to you, by showcasing my Italian home-style cooking from the freshest ingredients incorporated into my family’s recipes that have been passed down from many generations. My Sicilian mother and grandparents raised me to respect the heritage and tradition of the Italian culture. The draw of family brought me to south Florida where I opened Evo to continue to share my family’s secret recipes and the warmth of the Italian way of living. Through hard work and perseverance I climbed the ranks of some of the most well respected and popular restaurants in New York so that I can bring you Evo. So please come and join us. This is one of our favorite Italian restaurants in Tequesta and we had another wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend the Veal EVO.

It’s a lovely restaurant. Food and service are very good!! I was surprised that babies were allowed because Evo is not the place for crying infants. We go out for an adult fine dining experience not to listen to someone’s child crying. Incidentally, I am a parent of 4 and love children, just not on my date night.

We were a party of 6 and were treated exceptionally well. We had no less than 5 or 6 servers attending us all evening, Alec was head server. The outdoor patio seating is very pleasant. Our food came out together for entire table. Our conversation became more oohs and ahhs than actual words! We each tried different pasta dishes, so delicious! I swooned my way halfway through pasta al carbonara, I had a nice sized portion left to take home for another meal! We all ordered desert and declared the chocolate cake the yummiest! Best group dinner, ever!
