   First time trying the Fairview. We thoroughly enjoyed the brunch experience. Our server Marius was very attentive, offered input as we asked and was just super. We will be back.

   It's been years since I've been here (over two decades) and I remember the restaurant being good, but not this good! I know there are other great restaurants in the area but, after my meal, I'm wondering if there is a need to go anywhere else :)

   The entire experience from start to finish was first class; host staff, service, pianist, interiors, menu and food...literally the best! Abigail, our waitress was professional, knowledgeable, discreet and attentive. She made the entire evening lovely.

   We’ve visited the Fairview Dining quite a few times and our experience has been good in the past. But this time, a lot of our orders were wrong and we had to ask for it to be corrected multiple times. Example was the Artisan Cheese Board, instead they sent Artisan Salad. They brought the Artisan Cheese Board finally right before dessert. The chopped Salad was supposed to be no bacon, but there was bacon so I just pushed that to the side. I ordered burger plain cheese for my son and they brought burger with everything but cheese. The salmon was foo salty as well. The servers were nice though, but I ended up overtipping by accident because I didn’t realize that 20% tip was already included in the bill, and I gave $125 tip not realizing $106 tip was already added (this was my error so it’s fine). Anyway, I hope the next time we visit Fairview Dining, it will be a better experience.

    We had a lovely birthday lunch for my 98-year-old father here. They seated us in a quiet section and brought him a special birthday dessert. The piano player even played “Happy Birthday” for him! The food was very good - better than the service. The server was slow to refill drinks and bring coffee. Overall, though, we had a great experience!
