Tout commence par des ingrédients de première qualité, notamment du poulet et du bœuf élevés en plein air, du porc de tradition, des poissons et fruits de mer issus de la pêche durable, ainsi que des produits cultivés localement. Le Big Bowl estime que la meilleure des cuisines est celle élaborée de A à Z. De ce fait, vous dégusterez des saveurs puissantes et élégantes dans chacun des plats servis, depuis les currys jusqu'aux sauces. Ce n'est pas sans raison que tout le monde s'extasie sur le pad thaï, les plats très épicés et le sauté à créer soi-même.
