- EElizabethIndiana •1 review4.0Dined 1 day agoWe are visiting Indianapolis for a national trade show. We ate dinner at Bakersfield - Mass Ave on a Monday night at 6pm. We were seated quickly and our server promptly took our order. They do not bring or offer water - we never asked for any and ordered two alcoholic beverages. We decided to get the dinner for two for $26. That’s how it is listed on the menu along with description of what you get which was six tacos, a starter (chips and salsa or chips and guacamole or chips and queso) then two sides which made the dinner for two seem like a deal because that was basically the cost for six tacos. The chips and guacamole was very good as were the two sides (rice and beans - this was served side by side on one plate as a side to share and we chose empanadas as our second side which came with three). The tacos which are street taco size. We didn’t care for the Baja shrimp tacos but the fish tacos and carne Asada were very good. We were a little surprised when our bill came to find that the dinner for two was $26 per person not $26 for two. We felt this was not clarified anywhere on the menu or by our server. We did not feel the tacos and sides along with chips and guacamole warranted a $52 charge. Over all we gave the restaurant four out of five stars. It was good to very good but not excellent.More infoBakersfield - Mass AvePrice: Moderate• Mexican / Regional American (Southwestern)• Downtown Indy•4.6
- BBrandiIndiana •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoI made reservations since it was a larger party,10 people. I was pleased that they called to confirm our reservations and to see if we needed any additional accommodations. Our table was ready before our time and we were seated early. The service was excellent, our food arrived in a timely manner and he was very attentive to our table among his other tables. Highly recommended!More infoWeber Grill - IndianapolisPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown Indy•4.5

- SSIndiana •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoEnjoyed our visit and food was great and more than we could eat, so now we have lunch for the next day. Kristen was great and offered great suggestions. I had the Schnitzel Cordon Bleu and my wife had the Hot Wurst Plate Appetizer. Oktoberfest Beer was great.More infoRathskeller RestaurantPrice: Moderate• German• Downtown Indy•4.6
- BBoyunChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined on Feb 10, 2025Went for a date night, we got fried calamari, olives, bread service, short rib ravioli, vongole pasta, and a couple glasses of wine. Bread “service” was misleading in that it was only several pieces of bread—we should have asked for this to come out with our pasta. But all other food was wonderful. My partner was excited about how the calamari was “the best he’s ever had.” Pasta was perfectly cooked, our server perfectly understood when I asked for not sweet wine. Service was across the board great as well!More infoRosemary & Olive RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Italian• Mass Ave•4.6
