I started in my grandfather’s restaurant & worked my way up to running one of the most successful restaurants in NYC - Patsy’s Italian Restaurant. My grandfather worked his way up in the restaurant industry in the 1930's and '40s and in 1942 opened his first Italian restaurant, The Sorrento. When it came time to name our new restaurant, we decided on IL Sorrento in honor of my grandfather. I know my grandparents & my mom are smiling down on us with approval. I've lived in Westchester since 1984 & have always dreamed about opening an Italian restaurant here .. now the dream is a reality. This was our first time dining here. The food was excellent! We ordered the keftkedes, octopus, east coast oysters and winter roka salad. For dinner we shared the porterhouse for two, it was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend you give it a try!

👍🏼👍🏼Nice view of the Hudson while enjoying our food and drinks (Spicy Guava Margarita and Lychee Martini). We ordered the Moo grob kua prik gua and the jackfruit with potatoes for appetizers. Nasi-Goreng and the Nasi Lemak for our main dishes which are all delish. We’ll be back to try the other dishes. ❤️
