We have perfected the traditions in America at our great Uncle Sal’s Restaurant in New York. The photo below shows our father in the early 80’s learning the family pizza and pasta recipes from our famous Uncle Sal. Our father and grandmother Josephine still operate a restaurant in Arizona that is noted as the best Italian restaurant in Phoenix. We are the third generation of our family to share this special part of our family with our guest. We visited on Christmas Eve, when it was PACKED. The appetizers came out one or two at a time and it took longer for meals to arrive. The service and food were outstanding and we can’t wait to explore more of the menu. Food preparation and cooking were perfect and the flavors were delicious.

The fried artichokes and patatas bravas stellar, spinach salad very very good also. We were greeted and assisted by the best host I've ever experienced at any eating facility, very classy and cordial at the same time. Waitperson attentive and helpful with choices, since all sound good.
