Your table is reserved for 90 mins for parties of 1-5 guests and 2 hrs for parties of 6+ guests.

La cuisine cambodgienne est superbe et délicieuse, mais encore méconnue aux États-Unis. Moins piquante et sucrée que la thaïlandaise, plus riche et complexe que la vietnamienne, les pâtes d'épices délicates qui sont à la base de nombreux plats cambodgiens reflètent l'ascendance indienne du Cambodge (mais utilisent des épices fraîches plutôt que des épices séchées). Les sélections cambodgiennes et françaises du menu englobent à la fois des plats traditionnels et originaux créés par la chef Nadsa de Monteiro. Ayant grandi à Phnom Penh, elle sait parler le cambodgien et le français, et a par la suite vécu en France pendant de nombreuses années.
