So to be clear, on this Saturday night the waiters were in the weeds and none more than ours. The host is top notch but our waitress was running so crazy that we had to grab her for drinks 3x along with our check and take home boxes. Dinner was great, appetizer meat balls and Sally Salad were amazing. Dinner of veal Marsala and Seafood FraDiablo were delish but the chef forgot the crab. That stunted dinner progression. Desert was a Tiramisu Old Fashioned that was powerful. I'd be remised if I didn't mention the bread and dipping sauce which is what I will miss the most. No joke that garlic, pesto, Parmesan pepper crack sauce was freaking the best I've ever had! Those meatballs tho!! Great dinner but we will chalk the weeds up to just being a few hands on this night. #meatballappMore infoSammy's Trattoria - Hunt ValleyPrice: Moderate• Italian• Hunt Valley•4.5
- KkimBaltimore / Maryland •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoFood was delicious, friendly staff, our waiter was so very nice!! The cream of crab was amazing, the crab vegetable soup was just as good, and upon being seated at our table we were given a large portion of cucumber salad to share in our group, which was very tasty! We highly recommend this restaurant. We drive down from York PA just for the best crab cakes we’ve ever had, definitely worth the drive!!More infoPappas Restaurant - CockeysvillePrice: Moderate• Seafood• Hunt Valley•4.6
- MMaggivipBaltimore / Maryland •386 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 24, 2024Discover the rich flavors of India at Indian Ocean. They serve authentic Indian cuisine made with the freshest ingredients. We were meeting my sister and brother-in-law for dinner, and our table was ready and waiting when we arrived. We were warmly greeted by Suraz and Ari. The restaurant has a quiet and peaceful décor. They immediately placed on the table Papadum (light crispy Indian wafers) and two dipping sauces to get us started. BYOB with no corkage charge is always a plus for us. Ari, our server, was so friendly and attentive. A lot of people think Indian food is too spicy or loaded with curry. It is not – here you can request the spice level you want and there are a ton of dishes with no curry. My brother-in-law started off with a cup of the Mulligatawny Soup (a traditional Indian soup made with delicately spiced lentils and seasoned with mustard seed) and an order of Pakora (fritters coated with chickpea flour batter and fried to a golden perfection) and served with two dipping sauces. He also asked Ari if the chef could make him a dish that had lamb and eggplant with the Tikki Masala sauce, and they did! My husband enjoyed one of his favorites – the Tandoori Shrimp (jumbo shrimp marinated in herb mixture and delicately broiled in their tandoori clay oven). My sister and I had my favorite – the Asparagus Mushroom Korma – a lovely, savory dish of asparagus and royal trumpet mushrooms cooked in a cashew sauce. All of the dishes were served with basmati rice. The portions were generous, so we all had lunch for the next day. Everything was top notch.More infoIndian OceanPrice: Moderate• Indian• Hunt Valley•4.9

The server was so friendly and personable and explained what everything was and suggested a few things based on our likes. She was so knowledgeable of the menu and was really proud of the food that they serve. Will definitely be back for more good authentic eats.More infoChef Tan - Authentic Chinese RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Chinese• Newark•4.2
