This was our first time here. The server was knowledgeable and helped us make our selection . Even allowed for some minor modifications to our entrees. The food itself was very good and was what was described. Did I mention, it was very great. Brought back childhood memories of my grandmother’s cooking. The chef came out and asked how we enjoyed our meal. He was very sincere in his concerns about our enjoyment of our meals. We literally had ZERO complaints, this meal from start to finish was a 10/10. Delicious food-promptly served with friendly service. My daughter didn’t like the mocktail she ordered and they took it back without issue and took it off the bill….hands down the best chicken, salad was super fresh and delicious. I haven’t been to Hatties in 20+ years and I was thrilled that things haven’t changed AT ALL!
