It is a two elevator ride to the top where a restored "Perch" restaurant and bar are located. A opportunity to be seated at the perch viewing Los Angeles any time of day. Sunsets are extra special.     My wife and I are empty nesters with my son and his wife being nurses. Their schedules have them working the holidays. So, going to El Torito for the holidays has become a very cool thing for us to do. My wife and I enjoy the food and the appreciate the service for Christmas (on Christmas day, no less). Ricardo has been the best server we could hope for. Always keeping our mimosas filled. No complaints.
