We opened our first restaurant in Castlefield, Manchester in 2004 with a clear aim: To deliver quality food to local customers at a reasonable price in a sharp, modern space with friendly, unpretentious service. We have pursued that goal ever since and it has earned us many loyal customers. Our menu is probably classed as British with some additional favourites from Italy and around the globe. Albert's Worsley provides a slick, modern space with dining for 180 guests inside and features a fabulous outside dining terrace for 60.The restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner, Saturday and Sunday are also open for breakfast.

The Hop Vine formerly the ‘Royal Hotel’ was built in 1874 and was the main stopping off point for goods being transported to and from the old Turnpike road the A59. The Royal as it was known has served the community and travellers alike. To the rear of the building in our historic Cobbled Garden you will find our own brewery housed in the stables which were used for the horses and stage coaches as they passed through the village. From Ales to YPA’s, to Blonde beers we are a small producer using primary English hops brewing exclusively in house for The Hop Vine and our sister pub the Legh Arms.Our countryside sister the Legh Arms is our latest addition to the family and is situated in the pretty hamlet of Mere Brow.     One of the best meals out I’ve had in ages. Blacklock might be my new favourite Manchester restaurant. I loved everything about it - low key, unpretentious but such high-quality. Friendly staff, efficient service. It’s really excellent.

    Another great family celebration at Albert's. Lovely having this local gem on the doorstep. Food is consistently good and the service is always friendly. This time around Lottie was a star and even brought the birthday boy an extra mini pudding with a candle, lovely touch. The 2/3 course lunch deal can't be beaten for value.

    We celebrated New Year's Day and our daughters 40th birthday in style. Venue was very swish, service was great and all nine of our meals very good. The menu is good and amazingly moderately priced, especially for a Bank Holiday. Highly recommended
