Best Brunch Restaurants in Boulder Station Hotel & Casino

Danny our server took an already amazing brunch to the next level. His level of service and care to our table did not go unnoticed. He is a true gem and because of him I will be coming back to the restaurant on my next trip!! All that aside the food is delicious, the eggs Benedict were phenomenal & the ambiance from beginning to end was top notch!

This is an excellent restaurant! Our server was friendly and professional, and she was thoroughly knowledgeable about the menu. We had the house made sourdough with anchovy butter, fegatini, and nduja. All were really flavorful. The wagyu carne crudo was also delicious, the pickled chili made it pop. For our mains we tried the casarecce and the fazzoletti. The pasta was perfectly cooked. Both were hearty and had great flavor, but we agree the casarecce was the better dish. We finished with espresso and shared a butterscotch budino. It’s really rich, so one was enough! Overall a wonderful meal with great ambiance.

We stayed at the virgin Hotels and we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. Above all the service was outstanding but that’s is not the case with the food. Check before order because some of the pastas are spicy. The pizza was lightly charred on the bottom. But the drinks were amazing ! The service was fast and professional

We didn’t get a chance to sit on out favorite server section (Corey) but it was still nice. The shrimp and grits is what I come for but they were missing something this time.

Fantastic experiences and delicious food. We ordered the shrimp appetizer special- 6 large fresh prawns grilled then served on steaming hot rocks with salsa verde and melted butter sauces. A bottle of wine-wide selection from myriad Italian regions. Chicken cacciatore and pasta dishes. Did the Amaro tasting with the delightful sommelier. Pricey but then everywhere in Vegas worth its weight is. Recommend!
