Dennis, our mixologist was very knowledgeable about spirits and the science behind making alcohol. We had the upstairs bar to ourselves and made for a really intimate experience. We received a peach Bellini on arrival and settled into learning methods and sampling some cocktails. After an hr we headed downstairs for a snack and another cocktail, the scotch eggs were amazing. A great end to a fun and knowledgeable experience would highly recommend to others. We also asked if we could go to the cantina after our dinner and drinks and he spoke with the hostess who organised this for us - reserved us a table and our waiter took us down there. All my friends loved the food and the cocktails are just as good!
