Was very good but one guest felt her short rib sandwich was a bit "short" on the rib compared to the last 2 times she had it We also were told we had to ask for bread if we wanted it - not a problem now that we know - 2 of us had salads and apps so bread was appropriate

I have enjoyed eating at Ma Maison ever since it began (as Pierrot Bistro). The food is reliably nicely prepared and delicious and authentically French, and the staff is typically excellent. It very much reproduces the atmosphere and cuisine of an authentic French neighborhood bistro right in the heart of Beacon Hill - like having our own bouchon in walking distance! Also like real bistros and bouchons, the prices also are not extortionate. Whether it is lunch with friends, or entertaining out of town guests at dinner, I am never disappointed. The combination of excellent food, service, atmosphere and fair prices make it by far my first choice for dining in Beacon Hill.

We will be back. Food was fabulous. Never went to a food station that was empty. They were constantly bringing out new food before the one that was there got empty. And the options? So many options even the pickiest patron would be able to find something. For the price, probably the best brunch Buffett I have ever been to. Prime rib, omelette station, great drink. Definitely recommend.
