- BBetelehemPhiladelphia County •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoMe and my boyfriend decided to eat in this restaurant for the suggestive location but I have to say that also the food was really good. What we took was satisfying: the mussels were very fresh and also the halibut was great. The non-fish options were also good. Service was enjoyable but very discreet, which allowed us to have enjoy the night together and we really appreciated that. We had a great time and part of it was thanks to the staff; we asked a couple of pictures and they were really nice and had no problem doing that. We would just give a couple tips for the restaurant. We thought that it would be great to implement tablecloths on the restaurant’s tables to make it even nicer than it already is. A second tip is to offer some type of discount or a small tasting of another dish if the item requested by costumers is no longer available or cannot be prepared. Other than that our experience was very satisfying.More infoMoshuluPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Penn's Landing•4.6

Food was incredible! Our waiter was excellent! No issues at all and we will definitely return.More infoFringe BarPrice: Moderate• American• Society Hill•4.5
- CCherylPhiladelphia County •40 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoEvery single course was unique and delicious! Recommendation by our server ,Sean, on how to order was spot on. He also suggested the winter Negroni drink and it was fantastic! We started with the salted beets and the hiromasa crudo both were fresh and light. We had the skate cheeks, the texture of the fish was flaky and had a bit of crunch on top. The ricotta dumplings had my mouth watering from the smell as I broke open the first dumpling. It had the perfect amount of heat and a slight smokiness that was so freaking good you want to lick the bowl. Hubby ordered the veal osso buco and raved about it. I had the orata and it was flaky and delicious. Most places that excel at the main food are not so terrific with desserts but at Bastia both the panna cota and the basque cheesecake had unique flavors that were a perfect ending. Service was incredible and allowed us to have conversation but never missed a beat on clearing and presenting the next course. We’ve been to a lot of really good restaurants but Bastia is top 3 of them all. There are a lot of excellent restaurants in Philadelphia and we will choose to return to Bastia.More infoBastiaPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Fishtown•4.8
- RRobertNew Jersey •7 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThe food and service were both outstanding. We had a 4:30 reservation, so it was quite. But the place filled out by time we left. Clams casino pizza was a special and I hope it makes it to the main menu. We will be back to try some other of the tasty food on the menu.More infoUmile TrattoriaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Haddonfield•4.8
