Best Brunch Restaurants in Saylorsburg

We always have amazing food and service here. This morning's brunch was exceptionally busy. We did not mind the wait, as we could catch up with our college-age son while waiting. The wait staff was a bit slow returning to bring take-out containers & the bill, but I am certain it was due to busyness. No matter -- we will be back!

Everything was outstanding. All six of us had wonderfully delicious meals. The drinks really good. The service was top-notch. The ambience is perfect. Right on the river. All in all, I can't recommend it more highly than I am here. 

We had such a great experience. The Perfect and Proper Manhattan's were both quite PERFECT. We took advantge of the specials....the Beef Wellington and Veal Parm were outstanding. Never a bad idea to finish with a great piece of chocolate cake. Service was exceptional, all around A+ dining experience.

Delicious lunch in the beautifully decorated Hotel Bethlehem. Started with the New England Clam Chowder followed by Duck leg pot pie and Ricotta Gnocchi followed by Cherry Cobbler. Drinks were Appletini with Caramel and a Woodford Rye old fashion. Our server was excellent. Can’t wait to return!
