Great Italian place in Denver, with some unique twists on dishes (duck confit pasta, bison ragu). Staff was friendly and service was quick. It’s a small space, though, so reservations are definitely recommended and it can get a little noisy.

The service was spot on; our food came out quickly and everything was well executed. The fish and chips were particularly delicious the fish really fresh, the fries and the coating crisp without being oily. Nice wine by the glass selection especially fun to have some good interesting whites. The dessert menu is probably the best value in Denver. Will definitely eat there again.

We ordered the Pro Flight of bacon and Pancake Flight, so we sampled a lot of things. Our favorites were candied bacon, nacho bacon, carrot cake pancake, and s’mores pancake. I also got the Red Eye Bloody Mary flight which was a little spicy to me, interesting combinations but overall flavors were terrific. The bartender was fantastic and very kind, it was a pleasure “hanging out” with her. Everything here was amazing!
