In the 1950's our grandfather, Giacomo, came to live the American Dream. He moved from Saviano, Italy to live in Long Island, New York. He met his wife and started a family, opening their first location in Long Island, New York, named Village Pizza. As business flourished, we moved to a larger location and changed the name to Alfieri Brothers’ Pizzeria. Again, we outgrew the size of the restaurant and relocated to a larger side of the center where we have remained since 1991. The following year, Saverio Alfieri decided to head south and expand the family business by opening a location in North Texas. Since then, Saverio and his two sons, Anthony and Giacomo, have managed to create one of Dallas/Ft. Worth’s best kept secrets. Probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had. We started off with the tenderloin bruschetta and side salads, yum! We ordered x2 14oz ribeyes with au gratin potatoes - and one word - WOW! We also ordered aside of the Cabernet reduction to dip our steak in - best decision! We also had the pecan crusted trout and it was delicious. I highly recommend the drink ‘White Linen’ if you like gin & a drink that tastes light and refreshing. We finished it all off with a crème brûlée. Literally a perfect meal and I can’t remember our servers name, but he was awesome as well. Ambience was soft lighting, which is my favorite.
