Dinner at Stellar Jay was an experience of a lifetime! From the moment you walk in you welcomed into a warm environment with amazing food, great drinks, and the best people! We ordered the beef tartare which was the best tartare we have ever had! It had an amazing truffle flavor that creates a deep and amazing flavor! We also had the Centennial Cut steak! HIGHLY recommend! It was the best steak in town! The open flame grill paired with the seasoning and just a touch of lemon created truly the most amazing food I have ever had! While the food and the drinks were amazing, so were the people! Curtis, the food and drink coordinator elevated the experience and made us love it that much more! THIS IS A MUST VISIT RESTAURANT!!!!!! You will not be disappointed!

Benzina is one of the best restaurants in Denver!! Their food is incredible and their service is spectacular. David, at the Bar, is so friendly and knowledgeable about his trade. Highly recommended!! Must try the arancini, steak tar tar, market salad, Brussels sprouts salad and the chicken is unbelievable. Their pizzas are the best in town!!

Been here a bunch. Love the Peaches and Rye cocktail. The food is good and I really appreciate how they allow you to customize ingredients in a dish for dietary preferences. I’ve been when they’ve had live music on a decent number of occasions and always think it’s too loud and have never been particularly intrigued by the music. They had a solo performer, a guy named Joel playing some awesome classic tunes with a great voice as really pleasant volume level. Please have him back more often! I would come on a night he was playing for sure. Really made the atmosphere more enjoyable with pleasant music at a nice volume level.

Enjoyed sharing two vegetables and one salad amongst the four of us. We then had an entree each and shared dessert. Wonderful combinations of tastes!

It's been quite some time since I've had a flawless dining experience, but this restaurant truly delivered a 10/10! From the delectable food to the impeccable service, everything was spot on. Colin, our server, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic evening. He expertly split our entrée and our tab, making it the perfect hassle-free girls' night out. We can't wait to return and soak up the summer vibes!
