The penne ala vodka was amazing and the steak frites was tender and juicy. We got the special to share which was the BBQ chicken flatbread and it was incredible. We also got buffalo wings as an appetizer and they were delicious. The owner, Pat came to the table and checked how everything was going and the manager stopped over to check how everything was coming out while we were eating. Our reservation was for 5:15 and we were seated at 5:10 when we arrived. We were finished and on our way to UBS Arena for a show by 6:15. It was a perfect dinner before heading to the Arena, which is a short train ride away.More infoPark Place Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Floral Park•4.7

- KKenyaNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoPappa Gallo in Rockville Centre offers a vibrant dining experience that beautifully showcases authentic Peruvian cuisine. During my visit, I had the opportunity to try the Chicharrón and a Mixto Salad. The Chicharrón offered a delightful sweet sauce with a bit of tang. The accompanying mixed salad was fresh and provided a refreshing balance. The short ribs were so tender as well. The service was attentive and friendly, with staff ensuring that all guests felt welcomed and well-cared for. The restaurant’s décor is inviting, adorned with beautiful artwork that adds to its charm. I can’t forget about the amazing woman singing and playing the guitar. She has a beautiful voice and the song selection was perfect. Overall, Pappa Gallo is a must-visit for those seeking a genuine taste of Peruvian cuisine in a lively and welcoming setting.More infoPappa GalloPrice: Expensive• Latin American• Rockville Centre•4.5
