Best Casual Restaurants in Frontenac

It was new years and we expected it to be busy but the waitress took way longer than expected to get everything out in a timely manner. The food and experience was top notch but we had another appointment 3 hours after dinner and almost missed it.

The meal was delicious. This has become one of my favorite places to dine.

Most everything was great but the ahi tuna tataki is not as good as it used to be they have have the serving so much smaller and the chicken piccata was not real chicken piccata the sauce was like broth and not a thick lemon butter caper sauce which is the primary sauce for that dish plus it was a little spicy which is another flavor that is not in the recipe for picatta

Tonight was bittersweet as it marked the last evening for my beloved Del Pietro’s. 😢 I have always been amazed by their attention to detail and marvelous cuisine. I will truly miss Mary Rose and Mike as they begin the next chapter of their lives. I will cherish the memories and friendships we established over the years, and I hold a deep love for all of them.

The chips and queso, margaritas, birria tacos, elote, plantains, and sopapilla cheesecake were each more fantastic than the last. Truly every single thing was delicious! And the leftovers were just as good the next day for lunch...
