- KKathrynLondon •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a dinner booked for 7.30pm they were running late with service but I have to say we hardly noticed the pub had an amazing atmosphere the staff are very attentive and apologetic, they took a drinks round off the bill for the long wait. The food was amazing I had the monk fish tail and my husband had the pork loin absolutely delicious. You must try the beef fat popcorn omg it’s very tasty they should sell bags of this loved it. We will definitely e back can’t wait to sample the Sunday dinner.More infoThe Lore of the LandPrice: Very Expensive• Gastro Pub• Fitzrovia•4.7
- LLorraineLondon •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoExcellent food and a really extensive wine list. Real ales also very good. Staff very helpful and are happy to guide you and offer tastings of beer and some wines. Relaxed atmosphere with tables being available for 2 hours. I’d highly recommend a visit. Booking advisable, it’s very popular!More infoThe Drapers ArmsPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Angel•4.6

- VVictoriaLondon •13 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoExcellent food and superb service. My guest had the Highland steak, beautiful tender and rare, while I ate from the super value lunch menu. The food is wonderful quality and carefully curated. The wines etc are limited but likewise good quality. If you want a casual but super dining experience this is a great choice. I had a deceptively innocuous delicious pear and absinthe cocktail as an aperitif, first time with absinthe and it was clearly present but well tempered.More infoClipstonePrice: Expensive• Modern European• Fitzrovia•4.8
- AAlbertoLondon •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 19, 2024Great food, great service. I’ve been in plimsoll before because their burger. I couldn’t come back with some friends to let them try it too. We got 5 burgers but at the end we ordered 3 more with extra cheese and at the end they were even better. My friend was looking for bacon but for me the crunchiness of meat was enough. Very good balance of flavours. I tried many burgers but probably this is the best in London. I was a bit sad realising they removed the green salad with walnuts from the menu cuz it was really good but I understand can be because the seasonal changes etc. Another must to try are the potatoes with aioli. We also got other dishes but I would say these 2 were the best. The pub was full but the service was fast. The kitchen is not big but they are very organised. Same with table service, we had some requests and the blonde girl who served us was really nice and patient haha I forgot to asked her name for the mention Overall a great experience! Thank you guys!More infoThe PlimsollPrice: Expensive• Pub• Highbury•4.8
