Vatutto is a family run restaurant, Owners Paul and Myrto Recinella moved from their 16 year Institution at Zios East Melbourne to the Ivanhoe location in 2015. A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. Great service, nice relaxing vibe and food was really great! Cocktails need a little work but overall dinner at the smoke pit is a great experience! Also there's parking and easy access and kids had a great time!

It was a beautiful dinner and the outstanding service made it all the better. It was a really perfect night, we sat outside and I wouldn’t have known the difference whether we were inside or not. They were so accommodating when I asked for a few extra things for my kids, great place and we will be back.

Awesome food, fast service and great atmosphere! Highly recommend the pljeskavica with kajmak and the kinder bueno pancake for dessert! Great for birthday dinners and other celebrations!
