Best Casual Restaurants in East Bank

We have patronized O-Ku for several years and it always exceptional. Important is that good food, even great food is fantastic, but your team is always way above the mark on all levels. This is what we always recall first. We really had to laugh how everybody congratulated us on our 140th anniversary! We do age well... hahah. The drinks and food were amazing! The arancini with the melted parmesan from the garlic bread is a great combo and the fusilli pesto and radiatori vodka was great! We also got the dark chocolate budino and it was fantastic. Stef, our server, was great and so friendly. Will definitely come back another time!!

Food was exceptional. Everything we ordered was delicious. Service needs work. Our waitress did not know to bring each person a small plate to share a chocolate roll. Had to ask for salt and pepper and butter for an english muffin as there was no follow-up to the food being delivered.

Wow!! The best service we have received in Nashville. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary/promotion celebration dinner one to remember. I called beforehand to request champagne to toast at the table and they already had it covered. On the way there, my car broke down which made us an hour late (yes we left the car and still went to dinner…lol). I spoke w the host multiple times are she was SO helpful and reassuring that our table would be waiting for us….it was. When we got there, they were just as concerned about our car as we were, and just as happy about our anniversary. It was special. THEN, when ordering, we were deciding between two dishes (two different times) and our waiter actually brought both out to us as a “gift”. Great food and great service!!!

Enjoyed the Peloached Pear. Australian Wagyu was delicious and totally worth the price difference from the filet (which my daughter got so we could compare). Brussel sprouts were phenomenal. Chocolate cake isn't too sweet / rich; a good balance. Definitely want to come back to try more items. Cocktails looked great. Music was nice, and the service was great as well.
