Ah'pizz is a pizza restaurant offering authentic Neapolitan pizza. Many people know a Neapolitan-style pizza when they see one, but don't know what gives its distinctive look and taste. Ah'pizz is more than happy to educate its guests, ensuring diners know exactly why this pizza tastes so good. First, Ah'pizz' red sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes that have been harvested from the volcanic plains surrounding Mt. Vesuvius. The flour used to make the dough is finely ground imported Italian flour and everything is cooked in an extremely hot wood burning stone oven for no more than ninety seconds.Ah'Pizz menu contains all kinds of classic Italian recipes.     The lunch prix fixe menu is the best kept secret in all of Bergen County! Every single dish we ate was a winner! And beautifully presented. And the service (shout out to Albert M) was superb! Albert and the busboy were so well-trained, warm, and polite. We've been to Elia for dinner but really loved this beautiful restaurant at lunchtime! Ample parking lot. It's worth the drive. Just go!

    This was such a unique and amazing experience! I came with two friends, we sat at the temaki counter and it was the perfect girls night out. Our rolls were so good and I loved that we got to pace ourselves while we ate. We also got the mushroom dip and enjoyed that as well! I absolutely want to come back here with my boyfriend. We were in and out in 40 minutes - so quick! Absolutely worth it.

    Enjoyed the restaurant. Ambiance was great and cozy. Food was delicious and service was superb. My only criticism is that they didn’t have the fillet so I ordered rib eye, which turned out just fine. Happens. Other than that, would highly recommend.
