Emmy Squared has earned a following for its signature Detroit-style pies. The pizza here is rectangular and utilizes the "frico" technique, in which cheese is drizzled on the edges of the pie to create a crispy, cheesy crust. Beyond pizza, the menu includes salads and sandwiches, which shouldn't be ignored (think an attention-grabbing burger by Matt Hyland and a top-notch spicy fried chicken sandwich)! Did we mention 'Emmy' is the nickname of Emily Hyland? Soothr never fails - everything is just delicious! Dumplings for starters were amazing, the beef pad si wi so good and the tom yum delicious and spicy like we wanted. Highly recommend!

Excellent food experience and nice atmosphere. We got the pizza and the burger, as well as the cauliflower and Brussels sides and everything was interesting and tasty. Went with family. All were pleased.
