Within a beautiful Subiaco heritage building, a new neighbourhood wine bar has entered the scene on Hay Street. In the 1920s, the building was home to a provisions merchant owned by husband and wife Emily and Charles Lums. Their shop, EA Lums & Co, was a place for locals to grab quality ingredients from a family-owned shop. We had the steak, burrata and salmon and all were absolutely standout ! Incredible food, service and ambience. One of the best places in Perth right now.

Food was delicious & well presented. All Staff very accommodating and professional. We were there for lunch and very quiet but we weren’t rushed or pushed out and enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon with a great view.

Great food, vibe and margs! Slightly short staffed though for the sheer volume of people they had coming in for the special Tuesday offer. Couldn’t clear tables quick enough & one poor girl running food by herself.
