Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. This is our first visit since the advent of the Kraken Hockey Team in Seattle and the place was hopping. Service was awesome even though it was super busy and loud. In about 45 minutes people left for the game and it was much less crowded and noise level much lower. Food was excellent and ambiance our favorite in Seattle. We will return but not on a game night.

Food and service were top-notch. The restaurant has high-ceilings and an open kitchen so it’s a bit noisy, but not so much that you have to shout at your table. Try the grits!

We booked a reservation during Restaurant Week and had the absolute best dinning experience. The service was amazing, and Ryan, both Davids, Frank and Monica all made our experience so fun and memorable. The food was amazing and the drinks were top notch. Next time we are in Seattle we will be back!
