L'Umi Sake House vous propose un restaurant de cuisine japonaise unique dans le quartier de Belltown, à Seattle. L'intérieur est à multiples facettes : une salle à manger traditionnelle aux grandes mosaïques d'ardoise noire, un magnifique bar à sushi en bois d'une capacité de 14 personnes, une salle semi-privée revêtue de « tatami » pouvant accueillir 12 personnes, une plus spacieuse salle à manger privée pour 25 personnes. Pour un cadre plus décontracté, une autre salle vous attend en « arrière-cour » fermée, agrémentée d'un jardin tropical. Au bar à liqueurs en béton noir, vous pourrez profiter de cocktails saké personnalisés et fusion-traditionnels. Le coin repas en palier décontracté présente de surcroit un happy hour prolongé de 16h00 à 20h00 tous les jours.
