Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. We dine at Adelphia once or twice a year since our family lives nearby to Adelphia. It is an amazing dining experience, the restaurant is so pretty, the variety of food is good, and the taste of everything, from beginning bite to ending bite is very delicious. Wonderful service from our server, he was nice and attentive.

The best part of our experience was our server, John. He was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about the menu, very attentive to our kids and to us as a group, not to mention customer service oriented when it came to my husband’s bizarre requests related to his cocktail. I would go back and request John as I know my experience will be that much better because of him.
