Best Casual Restaurants in The Lakes

The food was excellent. We had the duck confit salad (split it) and I had the Scottish Salmon and my Hubby the short rib. All delish. The pineapple cheesecake dessert was a hit too. Ambience was cozy and buzzing, but not so lous=d as to be annoying. Waiters seemed to be very busy and very business like unlike other fine establishments we've dined at. The hostess at the door seemed stressed adn therefore curt....BUT we will definitely go back . The delish food outweighed the service.

We visited Al Solito Posto for the first time for Valentine's Day dinner 2025. We arrived much earlier than our reservation, so we spent some time at the bar prior to dining. The cocktails were excellent, the bartenders were friendly, engaging and funny. After a much shorter wait than anticipated, our table was ready. We were sat in a comfortable and spacious booth, and greeted immediately by our server, Jenner. Simply put, Jenner was excellent and elevated every aspect of our experience. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu, willing to share his opinions and input when requested, and his recommendations were spot on. Jenner had a great balance of professionalism, humor, and friendliness. He was by frequently, but didn't linger at the table too long. He was one of the best servers that we have experienced in our years in Las Vegas. The food was excellent as well. We started with the squash blossoms which were lightly breaded and generously filled with cheese. For entrees we had the Malfadine (cacio e pepe) and the pappardelle (and added 2 meatballs per Jenner's recommendation). Both plates were excellent with robust flavor and great texture. We finished with Tiramisu dessert which was light and flavorful. All dishes were beautifully plated, and the coursing of the meal was perfect. 10/10 would recommend. We will be back.

Incredible! Everything was amazing. Musaman curry with short rib was one of the best I’ve ever had. We also got the chile fried rice with short rib which was excellent. Apps - beef satay, fried chicken wontons and koong sarong all delicious but if I had to choose one it would be the satay. My partner got the sliced ribeye with a peanut sauce which was so tender and flavorful. Banana spring rolls for desert was the perfect ending. Service was also great. I have seen complaints about portion for price but I disagree. I felt portions were just right if not generous. It’s not cheap but it’s great food and in Vegas so what do you expect? Worth it! Will be back!

My wife and love going to Eldorado. Normally I enjoy having the tacos but this time the crispy fish tacos but they had so much hot seasoning that I was unable to enjoy they. I managed to finish one out of three. My wife, who loves hot salsa had difficulty eating the second one and said they were even too hot for her also. I finally just gave up and the last one. This far more spicy than how I expect ata Mexican restaurant. I told the waiter but he thought I had consumed two he just smiled and and congratulated me for managing to eat most of it. I believe the restaurant should provide some kind of a notice if a menu item is going to be that spicy either on the menu or verbally when ordered. This did not a he our opinion of the place but now I know to ask when ordering anything. We will definitely keep eating there.

Great experience at the S Rampart Blvd location. The waiter, Trace, was very excellent, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Food quality was great. Enjoyable. Noise wasn’t too loud. Will attend North Italia again. Thank you
