Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.

Grandma is real, too: Nellie was the grandmother of Kevin Jonas, Sr., "Papa Jonas" to the fans of his famous sons, and the founder of Nellie's. The food - including freshmade biscuits, shrimp and grits, and chicken and dumplins, shares top billing with Nellie's hospitality and decor. The gorgeous venue, located within the District of MGM Grand, opposite the Grand Garden Arena and close to Wet Republic, Top Golf and the MGM convention center, is open 7 days for lunch and dinner. Luchini is an Italian American restaurant reminiscent of classic red sauce joints in the key of Tao Group, known for their scene-making restaurant and nightlife venues worldwide. Luchini’s combo of restaurant, slice shop, and cocktail haunt experience brims with nostalgic charm and suave energy. Chef Ralph Scamardella’s menu reads like a list of nominees for the Red Sauce Hall of Fame featuring Alla Vodka, Manicotti, Parmigiana three different ways and Spumoni in the dining room, and New York-style pizza-by-the-slice from the adjacent shop counter.
