Our server, Alexander, could not have been any more helpful and professional without being intrusive. We loved Alexander. I had She-crab soup as did my wife and it was superb. I had the shrimp and grits and my wife had scallops which we found to be excellent. When Alexander heard it was my wife’s birthday, he brought us a humongous piece of carrot cake to take home since we were too full to have dessert there. Service is great every time, and the food...even better! We have tried various items on the menu each time and have not been disappointed. However, someone always manages to get the fried chicken because you just have to...we also ALWAYS get the fried green tomatoes appetizer because it is so very good! We also appreciate how the menu expands with new items very time we have been, but you can still find your fav on there.
