Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Maple Lawn

Another lovely experience here. The food is reliably wonderful, and the service is top shelf

First time here. Ordered the chicken pot pie. It looked exactly as the photo on the website (sometimes the food doesn't come close to the pictures on the website). It tasted very good and the crust was just right. My friends had the ahi tuna salad which they loved. One also had the key lime pie which they also loved. They ate every morsel. And French press coffee right at the table. The food was reasonably priced and the menu was not overwhelming with too much choice. I rated my food a 4 out of 5. I reserve a 5 for food that blows me away. I.e. while chicken pot pie is not usually the kind of food that would blow you away, was it the best chicken pot pie I had ever had? No, but it is second best. It was meaty, the crust was perfect. What set this restaurant apart is the service. It was excellent from beginning (with the hostess) to the end (with our waiter). I was the first to arrive of my party and they seated me right away where I wanted to sit and started taking my order. I decided to order an appetizer such that when my friends arrived, there would be something for them to eat when they arrived. No problem. None of this we can't seat you until your entire party arrives. We never wanted for anything. There was live jazz music and a fireplace (which we were lucky enough to be seated close to) which made for a wonderful ambiance. All in all, a great place to eat. I would return.

Friends and I went and enjoyed a wonderful brunch here on Saturday. I was early for our noon reservation but they seated me right away while I waited for the group. The waitress brought out some donut holes to enjoy while we talked and caught up. We ordered the shrimp and grits which my friend loved. The Army breakfast which another friend enjoyed, the lazy French toast which our friend loved but couldn’t finish and I had the Gnocchi hash which was excellent and I took home leftovers. It’s a little noisy when it’s busy but we were able to enjoy our conversation. Service was great as our waitress checked on us multiple times during the meal refreshing waters and coffees. I love coming to the Food Market!

We had an awesome dinner at Cured! The highlight was our server Kyla who was personable and had great recommendations! We also really enjoyed the Brussels sprouts and chocolate tart. The ambiance as really cool too.

First time here with a few coworkers from out of town and the food was AMAZING!!! Service was a little slow as it appeared there was only 1 waiter and he was taking orders and making drinks for the entire restaurant but it allowed us to have great conversation. Ambiance, music, food, decor, everything was very good. Our waiter was great as well, he just needed some help. Would definitely go back.
