Steuben’s is named after a restaurant in Boston that my Great Uncles, Max and Joe, opened in 1945. Steuben's became a famous Boston restaurant, nightclub, and hotspot from the 1940’s to the 1960’s on Boylston Street. The Vienna Room, The Cave, and The Blue Room were all part of the Steuben's space and hosted Big Band, Jazz, and Swing groups with The Rat Pack, proms and sweet sixteens, and more. Hands down one of the best meals i’ve had in Denver. Sat at the chefs counter and enjoyed every second. Food was timed perfectly, music was good, recommendations from the servers was spot on, but overall it was yet another lovely worth every penny meal, that was inspired and delicious. So excited to go back and try everything we didn’t try this round.

I am in town for just a few days and heard about this place from Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. I loved the retro atmosphere! Our server was perfectly attentive and made great drink recommendations and the drinks were great!! My son and I both had the Connecticut Roll and they were amazing! We will be back on my next visit to Denver!!
