No corporate restaurant chain or Hollywood set designer could ever recreate The Biltmore Vibe. In 1914, the Biltmore opened and served up breakfast and brew at 7AM for the overnight crews from nearby factories. It came with a 4 lane basement bowling alley that was a local hangout for decades.There was talk of a speakeasy during prohibition. The Biltmore was across the street from a regional rail stop and often hosted private events for dignitaries, politicians and celebrities.Much of original brick front and interior has remained the same over the many reincarnations of this legendary bar.     I went here for a birthday party. We were treated wonderfully. The scotch eggs, full scotch, smoked fish cakes, a brunch burger and some lovely whisky (with out the "e"). Thank you for a lovely day ona hard weekend.

    Best burger - seriously was so good! And the help could not be more welcoming. The host was gracious and welcoming (was nice to be treated so well) and our server who also made amazing drinks was brilliant. If you want the best burger try this. You will say "wow, best burger I have had in quite awhile." And the tomato soup was delicious!

    We went for my wife’s Birthday. Ivonne was the hostess and from beginning to end, she made this a very special experience. Service was excellent. The food was delicious. The ambiance and atmosphere inside is gorgeous. 5 stars all around. Ivonne even provided a chocolate lava cake as a special birthday dessert, and she covered this additional cost. Extremely generous and thoughtful. Thank you Aquitaine. We will be back.
