Dirigé par le chef propriétaire Hector Diaz, Modesto propose une approche de la ferme à la table pour sa cuisine italienne au four à bois haut de gamme. Le menu change deux fois par jour et comprend une variété de fruits de mer frais, viandes fines et de pâtes faites maison. Les pizzas sont faites à la main et cuites dans un four à bois fabriqué en Italie. Pour accompagner votre repas, notre bar offre plus de 30 vins exclusivement italiens, ainsi qu'une liste de cocktails toujours changeantes comprenant des classiques à des créations hors de l'ordinaire. Les desserts sont totalement fait sur place, y compris le fameux tiramisu. On y sert fièrement le café de marque 1000 Faces.
