Joe grew up in the Pacific Northwest. After graduating from the Western Culinary Institute, Joe started at a 4 diamond steakhouse in Lake Tahoe. He then moved back to the NW and began his culinary career as a Banquet Chef at the Multnomah Athletic Club. Since then, he has worked in various positions at multiple restaurants including Morton’s The Steakhouse, Salishan Lodge and Brand Chef at Stanford’s. He has a passion for mentoring his team and helping them reach their full potential.
